Our individual or couples sound journey is perfect for those who need a little more curated and focused experience. Rachel will have a phone consult before your booking to discuss any emotional or physical issues that you might like to address. The sound journey purpose is to help relieve stress and bring the nervous system back into alignment. It is like a massage for the brain and great for those who have trouble sleeping. For your journey, you will be clothed, and can choose to lay on the floor or relax in a comfy chair in your home. A variety of instruments will be played to help soothe the body and mind.

Our group sound journey is perfect for a gathering of friends, family, wellness retreats and corporate events. It's a wonderful way to treat yourselves to a relaxing experience while Rachel plays Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum and more. Rachel will arrive at your location to set up her sound instruments in the center of your space and have the participants bring their own pillows, blankets and yoga mats to lay on the floor surrounding her. Anyone with mobility issues are more than welcome to use a chair to ensure their comfort.
